He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand E. Perras and Jean Wisenberger Perras; and his wife Margaret Walsh Perras. He is survived by: his children, Nadine M. Perras, Zachary Perras (Rebecca Rush) of Melrose and Noah Perras (Jadalea) of Bennington, VT.; his siblings, Barbara Ewart (Howard) of Amherst, MA, Armand Perras of Felton, DE, Richard J. Perras (Michele) of Altamont, Christopher Perras (Kathy) of Amsterdam and Jeannine Matuzek of Slingerlands; and his grandchildren, Wyatt Perras, Caleb Maloney and Brynnleigh Mae Perras.
