She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Scarrey and Verna Gorham Scarrey; her husband Al; her children, Susan Jackson, Judith McBride, Paul and Richard "Rick" Norton; her grandchildren, Jennifer Jackson Kern and Christopher Norton; her brother Robert; and her sister-in-law Harriet Scarrey.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Norton Sr., Alfred Norton Jr. and Barbara Cerkowski (Rich); her grandchildren, Bobby (Lana), Melissa (Les), Kristal (Andy), Danny, Paul, Jason (Andrea), Greg (Sonja), Grace, Katie, Laura (Chad), Nichole (Dave) and Stephanie; and her cousin Betty Hagadorn. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
