He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Stowell and Carolyn Parker Stowell; and his sister Rita Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Denise Worthington of Waterford and Dennis Stowell (Jamie) of Troy; his aunt Marcia Chalifoux; his cousin Donna Church of Tennessee; his friends, James and Laurie Prescott of Troy; and his nieces and nephews, Heather, Jason, Holly, Ryan Edward, Ryan Michael, Karisa, Nicole and Kari.
