With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Audrey Janis Daeffler of Waterloo, New York, who passed away on December 3, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude W. Coats and Aroline Kintner Coats; her husband Roger P. M. Daeffler; her daughter Nancy Jo Daeffler; her grandchildren, Brandon, Bradley and Dusty Spurlin; and her brothers, Richard, Gerald and Clyde Coats.

She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Alger (Clinton) of Waterloo, NY, Karene Cook (Thomas) of Tampa, FL, Rodney Daeffler of Waterloo, NY, Douglas Daeffler (Joan) of Waterloo, NY and Larry Daeffler (Carla) of Waterloo, NY; and her brothers, Lester Coats of Jordon, NY and Paul Coats (Barb) of Canandaigua, NY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY, 14620.
