We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2022, at the age of 61, Candace A. Baker of Waterloo, New York, born in Albion, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Norman N. Baker and Lois Strayer Baker; and her brother Richard J. Baker. She is survived by : her children, James Cooley of Seneca Falls, N. Y. and Amanda Cooley of Seneca Falls, N. Y.; her friends, Tracy and Scott Ridley; and also Nash of Waterloo, N. Y..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Beverly's Animal Shelter, 50 E. River St., Waterloo, NY 13165.
