He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Millerd and Mary Millerd (Craver); and his siblings, Molly Dellefave and Thomas Millerd. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Millerd (Ritter) of Stephen's Church; his children, Gary (Debbie Mason), William "Bill" Millerd (Kristen) and Lisa Chapin (Kurt); his granddaughters, Madison Chapin, Sophia Tedone, Jennifer Mason and Michelle Rivera (Adrian); his great grandchildren, Reese and Rowen Rivera; his granddaughter Cruz Mason; his sister Margaret "Meg" Urwin (Bill); and his brothers-in-law, Robert H. Ritter (Nanci) and Andrew Dellefave.
