He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gardner Blackburn; his children, Lorrie VanGelder (Bruce) of Clifton Springs, NY, Harlow Blackburn, Jr. of Street, MD, Melinda Dennis (Jim) of Bryan, OH and Michael Blackburn of Sterling, VA.; his grandchildren, Heather, Lindsey, Eric, Derek, Chad, Ashley, Zack, Nik, Travis, Max, Garrett, Rebecca, Bonnie Watson and Janet BrancatoMany; his stepchildren, Lori Webb (Lance) and Dan Hiler; and his stepgrandchildren, Orion, Indy, Everett, Emily and Ellis.
