She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Gene Halstead and Beverly Pine (Smith); and her brother-in-law Corky Shaver. She is survived by: her close friend Rick Marciano; her children, Tanya McLaughlin of Waterloo, NY, Heidi Butler of Scranton, PA, Stacey Reed (David) of Elmira, NY and Michael Gaudio (Leslie) of Jacksonville, FL; and her siblings, Patricia Lyman (Gary) of Canandaigua, NY, Deborah Derleth (Don) of Geneva, NY, Timothy Halstead (Mariah) of Clarksville, TN, Carolyn Shaver of Dundee, NY and Clinton Halstead (Bev) of Paris Ontario, Canada. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home (28 Genesee St, Geneva, NY 14456). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at the Maple Grove Cemetery (58 Stark St, Waterloo, NY 13165).
