As we bid adieu to Laurel Jean's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Laurel Jean has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cowan and Esther Ida Schrader Cowan; her husband Theodore Holmes; her son Daryl Holmes; and her brothers, William and Donald Cowan.
She is survived by: her sons, Marcus Holmes (Tammy Baldwin) of Waterloo, NY, Richard Holmes of Lexington, SC and Vernon Holmes (Lisa) of Shelburne; and her sisters, Joan Granger and Linda Hudson of Hamlin, NY.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, her great grandchildren.
