She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Smith and Irene A. Taylor Smith; her daughter-in-law Renee Keenly; and her former husband Richard L Keenly. She is survived by: her children, Lonnie Keenly (Mary) of Waterloo, NY, Richard P. Keenly of Seneca Falls, NY and Shari L Keenly (Patrick Mott) of Cayuga, NY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
