She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lepak and Jane Semensky Lepak; and her brother Alexander "Sandy" Lepak. She is survived by: her husband Roy Smith; her children, Denise A. Hitchcock of Seneca Falls, NY, Kenneth Seamans of Waterloo, NY and Kim Seamans; her granddaughter Marie Poormon; and her brothers, Lynn Lepak (Judy) and Daniel Lepak (Margaret) of Auburn, NY. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
