He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Olsowske Lewis; his sons, Joshua Lewis (Elizabeth) of Stanley, NY and Nathan Lewis (Jenni Lakota) of Buffalo, NY; his grandchildren, Aria, Liam, Grady, Zoey and Ellie Lewis; his pets, Porter and Barley; his siblings, David Lewis (Joanna), LeAnn Lewis, Adam Lewis (Karen) of Newark, NY and Richard Lewis (Dottie); and his mother-in-law Cathy Olsowske. He is also survived by family members and special neighborhood friends.
