He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Lerkins and Vera A. Gibbs Lerkins; his significant other Emma M. Johnson Lerkins; and his siblings, Duane Lerkins, Raymond "Buddy" Lerkins and Janet Pitts.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angel D. Lerkins of Waterloo, NY and April Lerkins (Kristofer Jeffers) of Waterloo, NY; and his sister Dawn Robbins of Waterloo, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
