With sadness, we share the passing of Ronald A. Anderson Sr. of Waterloo, New York. Ronald, born on June 7, 1945 in Geneva, New York, passed away on September 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Anderson and Eva Underwood Anderson; his daughter Tina Anderson; his siblings, Jerry Anderson, Janet Peischer and Jonie Arno; his grandsons, Keith Jurjens Jr. and Garret Phillips; his daughter-in-law Brenda Anderson; Marty Oberdorf.

He is survived by: his children, Ronald Anderson Jr. of Waterloo, Joey Oberdorf of Seneca Falls, Laurie Phillips of Michigan, Pamela Anderson of Geneva, Michelle Anderson-Jurjens and Shylyn Anderson of Lyons; his grandchildren, Karina Anderson of Syracuse, Larkin Jurjens of Auburn, Teagan Anderson of Geneva, Timothy Anderson of Waterloo, Alex Anderson of Waterloo, Ryan Anderson of Waterloo, Nicole Phillips of Waterloo, Marcus Hamblin of Waterloo and Dominick Hamblin of Waterloo; and his siblings, Charles Anderson Jr., Rose Anderson and Robert Anderson. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeVaney-Bennett Funeral Home (181 N Main St, Geneva, NY 14456). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Waterloo VFW Post 6433 (29 W Elisha St, Waterloo, NY 13165).
