The passing of Shirley Lee Ormsbee of Waterloo, New York leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 24, 2025 at the age of 78. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee and Laura Bailey Flaherty; her spouses, William Leonard Ormsbee, Virginia, Louis Rondinaro, Barbara, Theodore Specchio and Patricia; her brother-in-law Robert Ormsbee; her in-laws, William and Estella Ormsbee; and her nieces, Staci Ormsbee and Karen Walther.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Jones (Ross) of Waterloo, NY and Brian Ormsbee (Dee) of Chattahoochee, FL; her grandchildren, Cameron, Darryl Jones, Dalton and Jenna Ormsbee; her great grandchild Easton Ormsbee; her sisters-in-law, Fran Ormsbee and Laura Lee; and her friends, Kathy Szostak and Beth Henderson. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeVaney-Bennett Funeral Home (181 N Main St, Geneva, NY 14456). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's of the Lake Church (905 N Decatur St, Watkins Glen, NY 14891).
