He is survived by: his mother Helen Margaret "Sue" Forsyth; his wife Pamela C Preston; his children, Lee Nelson (Nicole), Greg Nelson (Kim) and Shana Belcher (Trevor); his sister Janet Preston (Walt); his grandchildren, Johanna Nelson, Florence Nelson, Jessica Ignizio, Kayla Feeney, Abigail Nelson and Dylan Belcher; his niece Vickie Buehler; and his cousins, Scott Dennis and Mary Swanson. He is also survived by his family, friends.
