Stephens Sr. (Waterport, New York), born in Cameron, New York, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Carrie Gladys Hallett; and his brothers, Forrest, Dale, Edward, Alexander Papp, Albert Elliott, William, Harry, Delbert, Russ, George (Cindy) and Gregg.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Lonnen; his children, Ernest (C. Rose), Shaun (Rebecca), Terry (Laura), Larri (Jennifer) and Sherri; his grandchildren, Chadlee (Heather), Kanyon, Xavyon, Avianne, Dior, Daniel, Edward (Miranda), Russell Ashlee (Alexis), Kaleb, Kaylee, Carrie and Cassidy; his great grandchildren, Lucia and Emilia; and his siblings, Wanda Travis, Maylonda Elliott, Deanna Papp, Alice, Leona, Mary Ann (John), Wayne (Dawn) and Clayton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
