We announce the death of Paula Brooks of Waterport, New York, who passed away on July 20, 2026, at the age of 78. Paula will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Millis and Adeline S. Millis (Mack); her husband Tory; her brother David Millis; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Mele and Ken Haley.
She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Haley and Dr. Darryl Millis (Linda); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Jo Mele, Joan Millis and C. Scott Brooks (Linda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
