She is survived by: her former spouse Patsy DeVito; her sister Nancy Lawler (John) of Fort Pierce, FL; her children, Thomas (Danielle) of Palm Coast, FL., Pasquale (Jamal) of Fort Wayne, IN. and Anna; her grandchildren, Moriah (Brian), Caleb, Nathanael (Debbie) and Hannah Albright; her great grandchildren, Aiden and Tylar; her stepgrandchildren, Haidyn, Walkker, Lisa and Jacob; her caregiver Patrice Stuart; and her daughter Nevaeh.
