It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl A. Cousins (Watertown, New York), who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence and Martha (Berg); his wife Cheryl (Ostrom); his children, Cathleen Simons (Daniel) of Hammond, Christine Wellington (Christopher) of Hammond and Clarence (Caryl); his grandchildren, Simeon Simons (Mykaila), Dustin Simons, Dawson Simons, Crystal Wellington, Jordan Wellington (Priscilla), Kendall Cousins, Jaden Cousins and Taylor Hickok; and his siblings, Carol Lucas (Jiggs) of Adams, Mary Towsley (Ron) of Watertown, Margie Aubin of Watertown and Chris (Luann). He was also cherished by 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
