Charles P. Melara Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles P. Melara (Watertown, New York), who passed away on March 20, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale C. Melara and Rose Melara (Compo); and his siblings, Sam Anzalone (Lillian), Phillip Anzalone, Josephine Noto (Tony), Frank Melara (Christine), Joseph Melara (Jeannette), Grace Marzano (Vincent), Ron Melara, Grace Campolito (Frank), Carmela O'Bryan (Stanley), Anna Smith (Lowell), Catherine McGinley (Edward), Dorothy Rothbaler (Earle) and Adeline Melara.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Sanford; his children, Monique DiCarlo (Dante) of Mullica Hill, NJ, Greg Melara (Nancy) of Voorhees, NJ and Rick Melara (Leif) of Sherman, CT; his grandchildren, Vincent, Christina and Ava; and his sister-in-law Mary Melara.
