He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles P. Taylor-Blair and Vivian Taylor-Blair (Cole); and his daughter Karen Taylor-Osborne. He is survived by : his son Charles R. Taylor of Columbia; his grandchildren, Charles R. Taylor and Caleigh Williamson (Thomas); and his siblings, Vyvyan Chrisman of Watertown, Sonya Pistolese of Tampa, Florida and Kent Blair (Denise) of Watertown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
