He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Hara and Betty O'Hara (Lomas); and his brother James Francis. He is survived by: his daughter Jocelyn Mono; his former spouse Laurie Mono; his siblings, John "Jack" O'Hara Jr. (Katherina) of Ashville, NC, Trudy Thompson of Phoenix, AZ, Tammy Wager (Leslie) of Dexter, NY and Tina Monaco (Craig) of Adams, NY.; and his grandchildren, Malichi Boss and Helena Bellabre. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
