He was predeceased by: his father Stewart "Stewie" E. Miller; his grandparents, Earl Miller, James Berry and Barbara Peden; his sister Dawn Miller; and his uncle Samuel Miller.

He is survived by: his mother Tammy A. Law (Peden); his grandmother Alice Miller-Berry; his brother Joseph Miller; his nephew Ethan; his stepmother Laura Miller; his aunts, Sheryl (Herbert Simmons), Sally Holland and Melissa Miller; and his uncle Steven Miller. He is also survived by his many cousins, and friends.
