He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Armstrong, and Josephine Bell Armstrong, Sr.; his son Chance; and his siblings, William, Wayne and Brenda.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. LaFex; his children, Dan Jr. (Robin), Gigi (Lloyd) and Ginger; his grandchildren, Amy, Chantell, Daniel III, LeeAnne, Dustine, Casey and Ryanne; his great grandchildren, Charles, Henri, Ezekiel, Nehemiah, Justice, Kjimeara and Ezrah; and his sisters, Joan and Mary of Rochester, NY..
