He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Earl Graham and Bonetha Graham; and his siblings, Wendy, Deb, Hollie and Hank.
He is survived by: his wife Ella Graham; his children, Kaitlyn Cole, Crystal Kimpel, Robert Elliott, Joshua Elliott and Ashley Elliott; his grandchildren, Jamie, James, Angelina, Cameron, Caiden, Payton, Craig and Paislee; and his sisters, Sue Covey and Mary Ackley Graham.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Reed and Benoit Funeral Home (632 State St, Watertown, NY 13601).
