He is survived by: his mother Doris Wells Henderson of Syracuse, NY; his son-in-law Michael; his close friend Tom; his wife Joan Wells; his daughter Abigail Sheehan (Michael); his siblings, Lisa Stevenson (Steve) of Hastings, NY and Peter Wells (Connie) of Syracuse, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Freeman, Paul Freeman of Watertown, NY, Mary Goodwin (Darold) of Jacksonville, FL, John Freeman (Lorie) of Stittville, NY and Jane Freeman of Bristol, RI. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and many other loving relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Skiffs (12 James St, Alexandria Bay, NY 13607).
