He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Jo Ann Pastor Clement; sons: Michael (Melinda) Clement and John (Allison) Clement; grandchildren: Joey, Maci (Orin) Sly and Lauralee; great-grandchildren: Adrian, Anthony, Peyton, Madilyn and Noah; siblings: David (Lorraine) Clement, Diane (David) Armstrong, Timothy (Lisa) Clement, Jeffrey (Shawn) Clement, Janet (Mike) Gardner and Philip (Candy) Clement; step-children: Laura (Tim) Montondo, Gary (Lisa) Pastor and Scott (Chelsie) Pastor; parents (deceased): Bernard John and Betty Martha Washington Clement; wives (deceased): Joanne Ruth Dececchis Clement and Debi Marconi Buck Clement; brothers (deceased): Randy John (Sandy) Clement and Bernard Gary (Sherrie) Clement; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and families.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Reed and Benoit Funeral Home (632 State St, Watertown, NY 13601). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the American Legion (138 Sterling St, Watertown, NY 13601).
