Douglas Howland Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Howland of Watertown, New York, who passed away on April 12, 2026 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart W. Howland and Ruth Howland (Bacon); his wife Rosemary Dewitt Reardon MacNichol; and his niece Sandra Stone. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen (Phillip Compeau) and Joanne (Daniel Woodward); his grandsons, Christopher Compeau (Sarah), Kelly Compeau (Katie), Joshua Woodward (Brianna) and Tyler Woodward (Caitlin); his great grandchildren, Laney Woodward, Matthew Compeau, Charlie Compeau and Maxwell Woodward; his siblings, Rufus Howland and Patricia Simpson; and his nephew Douglas G. Howland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
