He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis W. Plummer and Loretta Plummer Sr. (Johnson); his wife Nancy R. Plummer; his children, Katy L. Plummer (Justin C. Scott) of Watertown and Matt A. Plummer (Sara Frasier) of Watertown; his grandchildren, Brayden, Ava Plummer, Lucas and Sydney Scott; and his siblings, Steven Plummer (Betty) of Watertown, NY, Bernard Plummer (Sandy) of Dexter, NY, Jimmy Plummer (Linda) of Watertown, NY, Larry Plummer and Brenda Pacella (Joe) of Chaumont, NY. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
