He was predeceased by: his grandson Ashton; his daughters, Shaunna Talotta and Britney Vega; his siblings, Michael Talotta, Jon Talotta and Gina Talotta; and his parents, Suzanne Talotta and Frank Talotta.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Jr., Steve, Nathaniel, Jordan and Kiley; and his sister Chrysanne Ritenour (Drew). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cleveland Funeral Home - Watertown (404 Sherman St, Watertown, NY 13601). A burial was held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Cleveland Funeral Home (404 Sherman St, Watertown, NY 13601).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that attendees wear their most ridiculous T-shirt—no formal attire, please—and come prepared to share their favorite stories of Frank's wild antics, so we can celebrate his life the way he would have wanted: with laughter, love, and good memories.
