He was predeceased by: his mother Marion Jane Carlisle (Burns). He is survived by: his father Rodney Carlisle of Watertown; his stepsons, Justin Bartholomew (Mary) of Potsdam and Michael Bartholomew of Evans Mills; his grandchildren, Taylor Snyder (Ryan) of Potsdam, Aidan and Jaylah Bartholomew of Indiana; and his uncle Richard Carlisle. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
