She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank McCoy and Dorothy Bass McCoy; her stepfather John Makepeace; her siblings, Francis, Paul McCoy, Joan Boring and Mary Joyner; and her siblings-in-law, Glenn, Ruth McWayne, Kenny, Robert McWayne Sr., Helen and Dale.
She is survived by: her husband Aden; her daughter Susan; her son-in-law Dale Jones; her granddaughters, Leah Jones Merchant and Jessica Marie Steele; her great grandchildren, Reagan Merchant, Brady Merchant, Fiora Ackley and Avaya Ackley; her siblings, David McCoy (Joyce), Neil McCoy and Esther Serafine; her brothers-in-law, Frederick McWayne, Edward McWayne (Cindy) and Bean McWayne; her godson Edward McWayne, Jr.; her niece Kim Joyner (Syracuse); her extended family Merchants; her son Matthew Lawrence; Danielle and Lyndsay. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins.
