He is survived by: his sister Shawn; his brother-in-law Richard "Mac" Ferguson; his brother Frank "Boog" Lavancha of Terry Campany, II.; and his nieces and nephews, Skylar Babcock, Marissa Ellsworth, Mackenzi Ferguson, Jordan Babcock and Charles Ferguson.
