She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Howland and Oleta Howland (Farrell); her spouse Thomas Netto; her sons, Michael Netto (Tamara) and Christopher Netto (Linda); and her grandchildren, Caleb, Tyler and Brittney. She was also cherished by three brothers, three sisters, several nieces and nephews.
