She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis M. Doud and Maefred Doud (Fregoe); her spouse Neville A. Dowe; her siblings, Robert Doud, Roland Doud, James Doud, Mary Tyo, Patricia Roberts, Kathleen Beaulieu and Eunice Wagner; and her nephew William N. Dowe.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin A. Dowe (Debra), Timothy M. Dowe (Cathie) of The Villages, FL, Peter N. Dowe (Linda), Patrick D. Dowe (Laurie) of Loudon, TN, Rosemary D. Higgins (Paul) of Naples, FL and Cynthia E. Van Hoesen (Robert); and her siblings, Ray Doud (Myrna) and Virginia Schoonmaker. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
