He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan H. Bertrand and Margaret E. Bertrand (Kimball). He is survived by: his brothers, Dennis J. Bertrand of Watertown, Neil I. Bertrand of Watertown and Robert K. Bertrand (Kathy) of Watertown; his niece Sara Bertrand; his nephews, Robert Bertrand and Christopher Bertrand; and his aunt Marie Duval of Warminster, PA.. He is also survived by one great-niece and two great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home (117 N Massey St, Watertown, NY 13601). A prayer will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church (320 W Lynde St, Watertown, NY 13601).
