He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jarvis and Zella Jarvis. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Jarvis (Denise Carrigan) of Watertown and James Jarvis of Watertown; his sister Dorothy Besaw (Randy) of Massena; his grandchildren, Zecharia Roshia of Florida, Rae-Anne Jarvis of Watertown and Riley Jarvis of Watertown; and his sibling's children, Whitney Besaw and Nathan Besaw.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (207 State St, Watertown, NY 13601).
