He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph DiGregorio and Mary DiGregorio (Cirrincione); his wife Darlene DiGregorio; his children, Gia Youngs, Dina DiGregorio, Joe Jr. DiGregorio (Whitney Dupell) and Trina DiGregorio; his grandchildren, Joshua Crossman (Christine Benton), Dominic and Gabriella DiGregorio; his great grandchild Harlow Crossman; and his brothers, Nelson and Frank DiGregorio. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
