He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred LaFave and Mary LaFave (Stebbins); his siblings, Sharon Graban, Joan Bennett and Paul LaFave; his stepson George "Bubby" Stevens; his nephews, Michael LaFave, William Derrigo and Steven Derrigo; his niece Jena Graban; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Sero and Judith Eves.
He is survived by: his sons, Rodney and Lee LaFave; his significant other Patricia Stevens; and his stepson Sean Stevens.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Jefferson County or to the Volunteer Transportation Center.
