He was predeceased by: his parents, Marianna Navarra (Mancuso) and Joseph Navarra Sr.; his siblings, Ann Marie Augusta (Vincent), Frances Navarra, Bill Navarra (Jean), Dominic Navarra (Stella), Leo Navarra (Mary), Jake Navarra (Helen), John Navarra (Antionette), Nelson Navarra (Clelia), Theresa Mentry (Ed) and Betty Lawler (Bernard); and his in-laws, Patricia, Roxanne Turturro, Pam Maxwell, Stephen and Richard Wearne.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Wearne-Navarra; his children, Sarah, Michael (Mike) and Katherine Navarra (Kat); his grandchildren, JayQuon, KaiAnna Navarra, SkyNova Thomas, Cody Schloop, Cameron, Aria Navarra, Chloey, Carter and Caelynn Arruda; his in-laws, Frank, Timothy, Sandra and Tammy Wearne; and his close friends, Bob and Judy Bloss. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren.
