It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lori Sue Neely (Watertown, New York), who passed away on February 27, 2026, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Donna Marie Smith (Jones); and her grandparents, Tootie, Buster Smith, Howard and Betty Jones.
She is survived by: her father Arthur P. Smith, Jr.; her husband Kenneth D. Neely; her daughter McKayla Gibeau of Watertown; her brother Arthur H. Smith; her sister-in-law Jessica Pitcher of Watertown; her mother-in-law Norma Nicholas of Ohio; her sister-in-law Amanda Fronczek of Ohio; her niece Mackenzie Smith of Watertown; and her stepsiblings, Fallon and Aaron Lolar of Watertown. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
