She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence E. Maxim; her parents, William Soules and Marguerite Lamoreaux Soules; her son-in-law JohnScott; and her siblings, Leonard (Mary Soules), Kenneth Soules (William Soules, Jr.), Doris (Felix Mallette), Ruth (George Blackman) and Myrna (Russell Denny).
She is survived by: her children, Jan Maxim (Beverly) of Holley, NY and Dawn Scott; her grandchildren, Michelle Stewart (Erik), Phillip Maxim (Judy), Lisa Clemons (Clay), Brian Scott (Christie), Eric Scott (Natalie) and Kevin Scott (Kristina Boucher); and her sisters-in-law, Sally Soules and Patricia Soules. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home (632 State St, Watertown, NY 13601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Maple Hill Cemetery.
