Rosecrans (Watertown, New York), born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on May 12, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, F. Eric Constance (Pauline) of Sackets Harbor, NY, Jon P. Constance (Karen) of Sackets Harbor, NY, Jeanne E. Constance of Cumming, GA, Jerry J. Constance (Dee) of Rockford, IL, Julie A. Waterman (Michael) of Cumming, GA, James G. Constance (Emma) of Houston, TX and Jeffery C. Constance (Eva Vest) of Evans Mills, NY; her stepsons, Edward A. Rosecrans (Sandra) of Syracuse, NY, James E. Rosecrans of Syracuse, NY and William A. Rosecrans (Cindy Galante) of Syracuse, NY.; and her sisters, Eleanor Martin of Syracuse, NY and Kathleen McCall of Barnwell, SC.. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
