He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Moote; his sisters, Kimberly Palmer and Gayle Moote; his grandmother Geraldine Stillman; and his aunt Grace Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Tiffiany West of Houston, Hailey Saal of Las Vegas, Nevada, Michael Moote of Houston and James Villegas of Abilene, Texas; his brother Scott Witherell; Panda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home (632 State St, Watertown, NY 13601). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the VFW Post 1400 View.
