She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hornacek and Anna Hornacek (Bjesik); her husband Floyd Seamon; her grandson Joseph Seamon; and her siblings, Harland Hornacek, Irean A. Buell and Ruth Austin.
She is survived by: her daughter Jane A.; her son-in-law Roger Schuster of Watertown, NY; and her son Edward F. Seamon of Black River, NY. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
