She is survived by: her parents, Michael G. Bolton (Bobbi) and Anita M. Bolton (DiMinico); her close friend Frederick L. Hart, Jr.; her children, Cody, Jakob Hart, Nicole M. Smith of Charlotte, NC and Adam M. Smith of Charlotte, NC; her sister Cheryl Bolton; her nieces and nephews, Morgan and Julia Reuter; her brother David M. Bolton (Krista); and her daughter Katlyn Catalina. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and St. Jude Children's Hospital.
