She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Freeman and Elizabeth "Betty" Freeman (Perrin); her brother Glenn Freeman Jr.; her brothers-in-law, Kurt Peterson, Charles Farney, Frederick Adderley and Philip Marra; and her niece Cheryl Farney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Fluno (Mona Donaghy), Lisa (Everett Hartseil) and Port St; her siblings, Loreen "Renie" Peterson of Olympia, WA, Suzanne Adderley, Sally Marra of Brooksville, FL and Benjamin Freeman (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Derek Fluno (Ariel), Adam Hartseil, Lacey Holt (Tanner), Kayla Grundstrom (Robert) and Logan Hartseil of Port St. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Patricia's name to the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, or a charity of your choice.
