She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Spaziani and Anna Spaziani (Fiorentino); and her sisters, Olympia Fiaschetti and Geraldine Lettiere. She is survived by: her brother Anthony Spaziani. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews.
