As we bid Phyllis farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Phyllis is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney L. Barkley and Margaret P. Barkley (Storie); and her husband Charles W. Wheeler. She is survived by: her children, Ruth Marcum of Zephyrhills, Florida, Mary Radley of Watertown, Richard Wheeler (Penne) of Burlington, Vermont, Barbara Butler of Zephyr Hills, Florida and Sidney Wheeler (Marty) of Watertown. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
